Heber Valley

Median Sales Price – $1,182,000  (-0.7%)
Median Days on Market – 19  (+56%)
Number of Homes for Sale – 371  (+5.4%)

Davis County

Median Sales Price – $508,000  (-2%)
Median Days on Market – 58  (-21%)
Number of Homes for Sale – 1,002  (+39%)
