Heber Valley

Median Sales Price – $925,000  (-22%)
Median Days on Market – 19  (-26%)
Number of Homes Sold – 65  (+18%)

Davis County

Median Sales Price – $520,000  (–)
Median Days on Market – 50  (-3%)
Number of Homes Sold – 103  (-60%)
